When it comes to things one needs to consider when starting out in a new building, there’s a lot to consider. It’s easy to get lost in the vast amount of things that needs to be kept in mind. That’s also when it’s a good idea to really think about some of the smaller things. In particular, I’d advise thinking about window film additions. This tends to simply be inherited from whoever was in the building before. However, the technology is always advancing and it’s usually a good idea to really evaluate potential gains. Quite often putting in new film can offer a number of very strong advantages. Also quite often there isn’t even any film in place to begin with. If I had to offer a suggestion, it’d be to go with a protective film against the sun. Mainly because by doing so one is able to get a lot of savings from not needing to use air conditioning to compensate for the sun’s heat.
